With summer now here and restrictions easing in regards to interprovincial travel, it’s very important that we continue to be cautious in order to protect the residents who live on this Campus.

Currently Manitoba residents who have travelled to Western Canada or Northwestern Ontario (Terrace Bay, Ont.) do not need to self-isolate when returning home to Manitoba. They are only required to self-monitor.

If you have gone on a vacation or trip please inform your Team Leader. If you already have we ask that you just remind them again.

If you are planning vacations in these areas, before you leave you will need to let your Team Leader know the destination and when you plan to return. You will need to self monitor when you return. If you display any symptoms please notify your Team Leader immediately. You will not be able to return to work until you are tested and provide a Negative verdict or self-isolate for 14 days. You do need to call your Team Leader to confirm the return date. Understand that due to shifts being filled etc. the more time you give your Team Leader the better chance of getting you into the schedule.

If your vacation plans are for anywhere outside of the areas mentioned above, once you get home you will be required to isolate for 14 days before returning to work or a negative test result.

We know that you along with the rest of our team on the campus are diligent in working toward keeping our residents safe. Thank you for that.
