This statement is being released to update our Residents, their families, our Team Members, Board Members, Stakeholders including our Town Council and CAO and SHSS Leadership.
As of today we have received confirmation that we have 3 cases on Prairie Rose.
We also have had confirmation of a single positive case on Lilac Lane.
The family contacts for our 2 new cases have been contacted. There has been an email to all of the other Lilac Lane family contacts Our residents are all currently stable and being monitored.
Our staff person is now declared clear of Covid and will be returning to work shortly based on the work schedule.
Both Lilac Lane and Prairie Rose are in Outbreak Mode which means that all Designated Caregivers who visit MUST wear the entire PPE package of mask, goggles and gowns. The items and training will be provided by Heritage Life PCH.
Visitation on all other neighbourhoods still require a mask.
January 21st our residents who consented will receive their first vaccine shot.
