This statement is being released to our Residents, their families, our Team Members, and Board Members.

As you know we had a positive Covid-19 case of a Team Member in the Manor. The Southern Health region directed us that the isolation period of 14-day for our Team Member ends November 11, 2020. We have asked the Team Member to return to work November 16th. In this situation the risk of transmission of the virus was very low. None of the residents or other team members have shown any signs of symptoms.

The Manor will be re-opening under Code Red protocols as of Thursday November 12, 2020. All residents will now be able to have their meals in the Café and are will not be confined to their suite.

As always, we will continue to practice all protocols put in place to make sure we keep residents and Team Members safe. We ask that your loved ones continue to monitor themselves for any signs of symptoms.

We want to thank you for your cooperation and understanding during this time. We are very proud of our residents and team members on how they handled and responded to the situation.

If you have any questions please contact the undersigned.
