This statement is being released to our Residents, their families, our Team Members, Board Members, Stakeholders including our Town Council and CAO,

Dear Family and Friends of NCU Manor,

Please be advised that some changes will be in effect while the Heritage Life PCH is experiencing an outbreak.

All residents will be asked to wear masks in the hallways and common areas. If residents are visiting amongst themselves inside their suites, masks also need to be worn.

All designated caregivers will still be allowed to enter at this time. REMINDER that ALL designated caregivers MUST keep their mask on the entire visit, and sanitize at the stations provided. If these rules are not followed,  you will be asked to leave.

Recreation Programing will continue, but on a 1-1 basis, which will also include wellness checks from Monday to Friday. Ipad’s have been graciously donated and look forward to showing residents how to facetime, or play games on the new device.

Thank you,

As noted before things are changing so very quickly across Canada and within the Province of Manitoba. We will keep you as informed as we can on our Website but again ask for patience if these changes happen too quickly or for changes you personally feel we should have implemented already.
