This statement is being released to update our Residents, their families, our Team Members, Board Members, Stakeholders including our Town Council and CAO and SHSS Leadership.
As of today we have received confirmation that we have a number of new cases. These new cases so far remain in Lilac Lane and Prairie Rose.
Of all the new cases, only one is a staff person. This means that we are still in a good position with our staffing contingent to continue to provide solid care for all of our residents.
We also have a few tests that we have not received the results for yet. If they are positive the families for those residents will be contacted first.
If the virus remains in these two neighbourhoods then further updates will be provided to families and Team Members and then on our website.
We are continuing to only allow Designated Caregivers to visit. We do encourage Designated Caregivers to reconsider visiting to control the transmission of the virus. Please review the Visitation Outbreak Memo #5 for the details PPE.
